The Cosiest Matching Set I've Ever Made!
Meet Dusty Pink Double Gauze
You might have already read about this fabric earlier this month when I sent out the fabric catalogue but just in case you haven't I thought I would tell you a little bit about why I sourced it as well as an update on how much of it is left.
When I first saw a sample I loved the colour, it's one I haven't worked with in a while and I think it's very grown up while still being playful. Dusty Pink Double Gauze (DPDG) comes from one of my London based deadstock suppliers and I knew I wanted to make something with it but I wasn't sure what exactly.
Until this past week... A matching Luna set!
One thing I want to tell you about this matching Luna set is that it is very very cosy. It really is the dreamiest and softest outfit, have I mentioned how cosy this fabric is yet?? 😂
When I'm sourcing fabrics I want to give you different options because the same style can look sooo different depending on the fabric. As we are heading into the colder months in the Northern Hemisphere I wanted to give you something that will feel like a hug when you're wearing it, comfort and style in perfect balance.
I think this outfit is just perfect for when you want to look super put together on the weekend (monochromatic dressing!! The ultimate style hack!) or while you are doing the morning school run.
I originally had 25 meters of this fabric but someone has already ordered something in DPDG (a Luna Top with hybrid sleeves) so now I have enough fabric to make around 8 finished pieces depending on the styles ordered.
If you are an email subscriber who received the catalogue you don't have to wait to order, just send me an email, dm on instagram or a message on Whatsapp :)
