FAQ's

All FRL garments are made to order in 10 working days, if you haven’t received your shipping confirmation within 2 weeks then please get in touch at faithrowanleeves@gmail.com

 

Sizing:

All products are made to order and can therefore be customised to your needs ie: Longer/shorter in length, longer straps. Please get in contact before placing your order if you want a custom garment by emailing Faith at faithrowanleeves@gmail.com.

Each product page now had sizing specifications and detail. If you are still unsure please email faithrowanleeves@gmail.com with your bust, waist and hip measurements and I can help you find the right size or suggest what I can do to help make a product to fit you.


Shipping:

I currently post with Royal Mail and they have recently put their prices up due to covid-19, shipping costs are now as follows:

UK:

Tracked next day (once the item has been made) - £5

Tracking number and compensation if your product gets lost or damaged.


Europe:

Tracked - £13.80 

Tracking number and compensation if your product gets lost or damaged.


Rest of world:

Tracked - £15

Tracking number and compensation if your product gets lost or damaged.

And if you are local (Brighton) you are more than welcome to come and pick up your order from my studio, Get in touch.


Returns:

I can not accept returns on any items as all garments are made to order using limited fabrics, If you have sizing, fabric or any questions at all i'd love to hear from you.



Garment Care:

To make your garments last as long as you can, take care of them by washing them delicately at 30 Degrees and air dry. 

If your product has been worn to death and you don't know how to mend a hole or want something fixing, I offer a mending service on all my garments, Get in touch :)

 

Klarna:

For all markets except Switzerland:

In order to offer you Klarna’s payment methods, we might in the checkout pass your personal data in the form of contact and order details to Klarna, in order for Klarna to assess whether you qualify for their payment methods and to tailor those payment methods for you.
